一、同四年甲辰（1784年）五月十五日、庄蔵儀、難渋の病気につき父子離縁の願書を差し出した趣を届け聞し召され、則ち願いの通り仰せ出されるので、親子夫婦離縁致し、実家へ差し戻すべき儀は相対次第致すべし。然る上は断絶となるべきであるが、庄蔵願い上げた趣もあり、勝精儀老年まで実体相勤めたにつき、別段の思し召しをもって名跡を御立て下されるので、相応の者を相願い申すべし。御合力として勝精へ二人扶持、妻娘へ三人扶持を下される

- On the 10th day of the 8th month of Meiwa 1, Year of the Wood Monkey (1764), he was appointed as inspector of middle pages (chūkoshō metsuke), concurrently serving as secretary, with an increase of 4 hyō, bringing his stipend to 30 hyō.
- On the 1st day of the intercalary 9th month of the same 4th year, Year of the Fire Boar (1767), he became head of the administrative office (goyōbeyatōdori).
- On the 1st day of the 2nd month of the same 5th year, Year of the Earth Rat (1768), he received an increase of 3 hyō.
- On the 20th day of the 11th month of An'ei 2, Year of the Water Snake (1773), he was appointed to concurrently serve as inspector of middle pages and examiner, managing the lower residence affairs.
During the reign of Lord Zuiun'in
- On the 1st day of the 3rd month of the same 5th year, Year of the Fire Monkey (1776), he was promoted to stipend-holder (kyūnin) status with an increase of 5 hyō, bringing his stipend to 38 hyō. He was relieved of his position as inspector of middle pages, but his other duties remained the same.
During the reign of Lord Honryūin
- On the 21st day of the 12th month of the same year, he moved as part of Young Master Einosuke's escort when the master relocated to the lower residence.
- On the last day of the 5th month of Tenmei 1, Year of the Metal Ox (1781), following the recent death of Young Master Einosuke and the relocation of Master Okō to the upper residence, he was honorably discharged from his attendant duties, awarded 2 pieces of silver, and given a position in the guard rotation according to rank.
- On the 25th day of the 9th month of the same year, his request was acknowledged and he was granted permission to retire.
Service Record - Adopted Son: Nakamura Yajirō, later called Sōzō
- On the same day, Sōzō was granted succession as requested, receiving the same stipend of 38 hyō and provisions for 4 people, and was appointed to the guard rotation according to his stipend rank.
- On the 15th day of the 5th month of the same 4th year, Year of the Wood Dragon (1784), regarding Sōzō's matter: due to a troublesome illness, a petition for father-son separation was submitted and acknowledged. As the request was granted, the parent-child and husband-wife relationships were dissolved, and the matter of returning to the natal family was to be handled through mutual agreement. While this would normally result in the termination of the family line, considering Sōzō's petition and Katsusada's faithful service until old age, the lord graciously decided to preserve the family name. An appropriate person should be petitioned for adoption. As assistance, Katsusada was granted provisions for 2 people, and his wife and daughter were granted provisions for 3 people.
