一、天明五年乙巳（1785年）九月十八日、勝精が老年まで実体相勤めたにつき、名跡を御定め成し下され、別段の思し召しをもって高二十二俵二人扶持、御供番御用人支配を仰せ付けられる
一、同六年丙午（1786年）十一月二十日、御中小性を成し下され、四俵一人扶持御加増で高二十六俵を成し下され、御供方を仰せ付けられる

During the reign of Lord Honryūin
- On the 18th day of the 9th month of Tenmei 5, Year of the Wood Snake (1785), in recognition of Katsusada's faithful service until old age, the family name was officially established. With special consideration, he was granted a stipend of 22 hyō with provisions for 2 people and appointed to serve under the escort attendant supervisor.
- On the 20th day of the 11th month of the same 6th year, Year of the Fire Horse (1786), he was made a middle page (chūkoshō), with an increase of 4 hyō and provisions for 1 person, bringing his stipend to 26 hyō, and was appointed to escort duty.
During the reign of Lord Yoriyuki
- On the 26th day of the 12th month of Kansei 6, Year of the Wood Tiger (1794), he was appointed to concurrently serve as head of foot soldiers, mountain affairs, and soup kitchen operations.
- In the same 7th year, Year of the Wood Rabbit (1795), he was appointed to the position of inspector of middle pages in order of seniority, with an increase of 4 hyō, his other duties remaining the same as before.
- On the 23rd day of the 3rd month of the same 11th year, Year of the Earth Sheep (1799), he was appointed as inspector of middle pages, with other duties remaining the same as before.
- On the 5th day of the 2nd month of the same 12th year, Year of the Metal Monkey (1800), he was assigned to concurrently serve in the accounting office, with duties remaining the same as before.
- On the 15th day of the 1st month of Bunka 4, Year of the Fire Rabbit (1807), he received an increase of 3 hyō.
- On the 15th day of the 6th month of the same 11th year, Year of the Wood Dog (1814), regarding the adopted son Sōzō: due to illness, he was granted permanent leave, and the mutual request for father-son separation was approved.
- On the 15th day of the 1st month of the same 12th year, Year of the Wood Boar (1815), he was promoted to stipend-holder status with 33 hyō and provisions for 3 people, appointed to guard duty, and instructed to temporarily oversee accounting matters.
- On the 5th day of the 9th month of the same 14th year, Year of the Fire Ox (1817), he was appointed as acting construction magistrate.
- On the 15th day of the 1st month of the same 15th year, Year of the Earth Tiger (1818), he was appointed as full construction magistrate with an increase of 2 hyō, bringing his stipend to 35 hyō, and was smoothly relieved of accounting duties.
- On the 28th day of the 4th month of Bunsei 2, Year of the Earth Rabbit (1819), he was appointed as attendant to Lord Ōei and also instructed to oversee matters for the Young Lady. Accordingly, he was put in charge of upper residence affairs, and additionally granted a service allowance bringing his effective stipend to 40 hyō.
During the reign of Lord Yoriyasu
- On the 13th day of the 4th month of the same 3rd year, Year of the Metal Dragon (1820), due to a petition citing illness, he was relieved of his duties as attendant to Princess Ei and supervisor of inner palace affairs, ordered to return to regular rotation, and accordingly relocated to the upper residence.
