一、文政三年辰（1820年）七月十八日、亡父末期に願い置き候通り、未だ幼年につき御合力七人扶持を下され、跡式の儀は成長の上相応に仰せ付けらるべく候

一、同年十月八日、年立ちたるにつき亡父甚右衛門跡式を仰せ付けられ、高三十五俵三人扶持を下され、御番方高の順席を仰せ付けられる
一、天保九年戌（1838年）七月十九日、御隠居様御側勤を仰せ付けられる
一、同十一年子（1840年）八月十七日、不束の所行共有りたるにつき、御隠居様御側勤を御免、帰番閉門を仰せ付けらる
英語訳
Though his high residential seat was not warranted, as he was the first generation to be promoted and had served in official capacity, he was assigned to guard duty according to stipend rank, as communicated through official notice.

- On the 28th day of the 5th month of Bunka 9, Year of the Monkey (1812), he was appointed to hired service as a foot soldier in escort duty and granted support provisions for 2 people.
- On the 16th day of the 6th month of the same 11th year, Year of the Dog (1814), as per the petition of his adoptive father Jinsuke, he was granted permanent leave and separated from father and son.

During the reign of Lord Genryūin
- On the 1st day of the intercalary 9th month of Meiwa 4, Year of the Fire Boar (1767), he was summoned as a foot soldier for escort duty and granted an allocation of 16 hyō with provisions for 2 people.
- On the 10th day of the 2nd month of the same 9th year, Year of the Water Dragon (1772), he was appointed as secretary to the chamberlain.
- On the 16th day of the 12th month of An'ei 3, Year of the Wood Horse (1774), due to illness, as per the petition of his adoptive and birth parents, he was granted permanent leave, separated from the Sōzō family, taken back by the Matauemon family, and later summoned anew.
Nakamura Sōzō
During the reign of Lord Yoriyasu
- On the 18th day of the 7th month of Bunsei 3, Year of the Dragon (1820), as per his late father's deathbed request, being still a minor, he was granted support provisions for 7 people; the matter of succession would be appropriately arranged upon his coming of age.
- On the 20th day of the 8th month of the same 10th year, Year of the Boar (1827), he had his first audience.
- On the 8th day of the 10th month of the same year, having come of age, he was appointed to succeed his late father Jinuemon, granted 35 hyō with provisions for 3 people, and assigned to guard duty according to stipend rank.
- On the 19th day of the 7th month of Tenpō 9, Year of the Dog (1838), he was appointed to serve at the side of the retired lord.
- On the 17th day of the 8th month of the same 11th year, Year of the Rat (1840), due to improper conduct, he was dismissed from service at the retired lord's side, ordered to return to regular rotation, and confined to his residence.
