一 同八未閏二月八日大目付元〆兼帯被 仰付 一 同十一戌七月七日御留守居添役被   仰付外御役筋是迄之通 一 同十三子七月五日   若殿様 御乗出ニ付御介添被 仰付 一 同十四丑八月廿八日拾石御加増高七拾石   三人扶持勤方是迄之通 一 文政元寅六月八日両御役筋御用多   ニ付御留守居添役首尾能 御免 一 同二卯正月十五日物頭順席被   仰付深谷忠左衛門上席勤方居候 頼寧君御代 一 同三辰十二月八日本役方御用多ニ付大目付   月番自今御用捨被成下候尤平日   跡持は勿論月番之儀も差支之節申談   次第可相勤候 一 同六未六月五日病気ニ付永々不勤恐入   両御役 御免被成下候様願書差出候処   御差留被 仰出 一 同年十二月廿三日病気ニ付御役儀   御免願諸差出候処大目付役無滞   御免元〆役之儀は此度も御差留被 仰出 一 同七申六月三日此度《場所:江戸》表御趣法替ニ付   元〆役無滞 御免格席是迄之通御取次   被 仰付元〆役数年骨折相勤被付   御召下御帷子被下之 一 同年同月四日病死     勤仕           三瓶丹三郎            後 森右衛門            隠居後 頼以君御代 一 文化十一戌九月九日初而 御目見 一 同十三子七月五日   若殿様御側御雇勤被 仰付御合力三人

現代語訳

一 同八年未年(1811年)閏二月八日、大目付元〆兼帯を仰せ付けられた 一 同十一年戌年(1814年)七月七日、御留守居添役を仰せ付けられ、その他の御役筋はこれまでの通りとした 一 同十三年子年(1816年)七月五日、若殿様の御乗出しに付き御介添を仰せ付けられた 一 同十四年丑年(1817年)八月二十八日、十石御加増で高七十石三人扶持となり、勤め方はこれまでの通りとした 一 文政元年寅年(1818年)六月八日、両御役筋の御用が多いため、御留守居添役を首尾よく御免となった 一 同二年卯年(1819年)正月十五日、物頭順席を仰せ付けられ、深谷忠左衛門の上席で勤めることとなった 頼寧君の御代 一 同三年辰年(1820年)十二月八日、本役方の御用が多いため、大目付月番を今後御用捨て(免除)成し下された。もっとも平日の跡持ちは勿論、月番の儀も差し支えの節は申し談じの次第で相勤めることとした 一 同六年未年(1823年)六月五日、病気により永々不勤で恐れ入り、両御役の御免を成し下されるよう願書を差し出したところ、御差留めを仰せ出された 一 同年十二月二十三日、病気により御役儀御免を願い諸々差し出したところ、大目付役は滞りなく御免、元〆役の儀はこの度も御差留めを仰せ出された 一 同七年申年(1824年)六月三日、この度江戸表の御趣法替えにより、元〆役を滞りなく御免、格席はこれまでの通り、御取次を仰せ付けられた。元〆役を数年骨折って相勤めたことにより、御召し下の御帷子を下された 一 同年同月四日、病死した     勤仕終了           三瓶丹三郎            後に森右衛門            隠居後 頼以君の御代 一 文化十一年戌年(1814年)九月九日、初めて御目見えした 一 同十三年子年(1816年)七月五日、若殿様御側御雇勤を仰せ付けられ、御合力三人扶持を下された

- In the 8th year, Year of the Sheep (1811), on the 8th day of the intercalary 2nd month, he was appointed to serve concurrently as Chief Inspector (ōmetsuke) and Head Supervisor (motojime) - In the 11th year, Year of the Dog (1814), on the 7th day of the 7th month, he was appointed as Assistant Caretaker (rusui soezaku), with his other official duties remaining as before - In the 13th year, Year of the Rat (1816), on the 5th day of the 7th month, he was appointed as attendant (kaisoe) for the young lord's outings - In the 14th year, Year of the Ox (1817), on the 28th day of the 8th month, he received an increase of 10 koku, making his stipend 70 koku and 3 person rice allowance, with his duties remaining as before - In Bunsei 1, Year of the Tiger (1818), on the 8th day of the 6th month, due to the heavy workload of both official positions, he was successfully relieved of his Assistant Caretaker role - In the 2nd year, Year of the Rabbit (1819), on the 15th day of the 1st month, he was appointed to the rank order of ashigaru commander (monotō), serving above Fukaya Chūzaemon Reign of Lord Yoriyasu - In the 3rd year, Year of the Dragon (1820), on the 8th day of the 12th month, due to the heavy workload of his main duties, he was exempted from monthly rotation duties as Chief Inspector. However, he was to continue with regular duties and, when necessary, monthly rotation duties as discussed and arranged - In the 6th year, Year of the Sheep (1823), on the 5th day of the 6th month, having been unable to serve for a long time due to illness, he submitted a petition requesting relief from both official positions, but this was rejected - On the 23rd day of the 12th month of the same year, he submitted various petitions requesting relief from official duties due to illness. His Chief Inspector position was granted relief without issue, but his Head Supervisor position was again rejected - In the 7th year, Year of the Monkey (1824), on the 3rd day of the 6th month, due to administrative reforms in Edo, he was relieved of his Head Supervisor role without issue, his rank status remained as before, and he was appointed as an intermediary (otoritsugi).
