一、延享四年丁卯十月十一日、養子縁組を願い出た通り仰せ付けられた。
一、同五年戊辰七月十七日、初めて御目見えした。
一、寛延二年己巳正月十五日、御供方御中小性に召し出され、御宛行として二十六俵三人扶持を下された。
一、宝暦二年壬申八月七日、亡父小兵衛の家督を相違なく継ぎ、高百七十石を下され、御番方を仰せ付けられ、同月二十八日に御番入りした。
一、同五年乙亥二月二十三日、御徒士頭差添に召し連れられ、御添番も勤めるよう仰せ付けられ、翌子年六月七日に御添番を仰せ付けられた。
一、同十二年壬午四月五日、若殿様の御供頭を仰せ付けられた。
一、同年六月二十七日、引請一人にて相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた。
一、同十四年甲申五月二日、若殿様御側御供頭兼帯を仰せ付けられた。
一、明和九年壬辰三月五日、去年駿河守様が御逝去されたことにより、御側勤を御免となった。
一、同年九月十一日、御徒士頭を仰せ付けられた。
一、安永四年乙未八月二十一日、兄の瀬田孫太夫が出奔した取扱いの件により、永の御暇を下され断絶となった。

一、寛政元年酉三月十一日、帰参を仰せ付けられ、高十五人扶持を下され、御番方高の順席を仰せ付けられた。
一、同二年戌二月十三日、御在所引越しを仰せ付けられた。
頼以君御代
一、同八年辰五月、病死した。倅徳之助に御合力扶持を下された。

During the reign of Genryū-in-sama:
1. On the 11th day of the 10th month of Enkyō 4, year of the Fire Rabbit (1747), he was granted adoption as requested.
1. On the 17th day of the 7th month of Enkyō 5, year of the Earth Dragon (1748), he had his first audience with the lord.
1. On the 15th day of the 1st month of Kan'en 2, year of the Earth Snake (1749), he was summoned as a page in the lord's retinue and granted a stipend of 26 hyō and provisions for three people.
1. On the 7th day of the 8th month of Hōreki 2, year of the Water Monkey (1752), he succeeded his late adoptive father Kobei's household without change, was granted a stipend of 170 koku, appointed to guard duty, and entered guard service on the 28th of the same month.
1. On the 23rd day of the 2nd month of Hōreki 5, year of the Wood Boar (1755), he was assigned as assistant to the head of foot soldiers and ordered to also serve as additional guard. On the 7th day of the 6th month of the following year of the Rat, he was appointed as additional guard.
1. On the 5th day of the 4th month of Hōreki 12, year of the Water Horse (1762), he was appointed as head of the young lord's retinue.
1. On the 27th day of the 6th month of the same year, he was ordered to serve alone with full responsibility.
1. On the 2nd day of the 5th month of Hōreki 14, year of the Wood Monkey (1764), he was appointed to concurrently serve as head of the young lord's personal retinue.
1. On the 5th day of the 3rd month of Meiwa 9, year of the Water Dragon (1772), due to Lord Suruga-no-kami's death the previous year, he was relieved of personal attendance duties.
1. On the 11th day of the 9th month of the same year, he was appointed as head of foot soldiers.
1. On the 21st day of the 8th month of An'ei 4, year of the Wood Sheep (1775), due to matters concerning his elder brother Seda Magodayū's flight, he was granted permanent leave and his family line was discontinued.
During the reign of Honryū-in-sama:
1. On the 11th day of the 3rd month of Kansei 1, year of the Rooster (1789), he was ordered to return to service, granted a stipend of provisions for 15 people, and appointed to guard duty according to his stipend rank.
1. On the 13th day of the 2nd month of Kansei 2, year of the Dog (1790), he was ordered to relocate to the lord's domain residence.
During the reign of Lord Yoriyuki:
1. In the 5th month of Kansei 8, year of the Dragon (1796), he died of illness. His son Tokunosuke was granted assistance provisions.
