一 明和九年壬辰（1772年）二月一日、養子の願い出の通り仰せ付けられ、三月一日に初めてお目見えした
本隆院様の御代
一 安永九年庚子（1780年）七月二十日、養父が願い置いた通り家督を相違なく継ぎ、五十石三人扶持を下され、御番方の順席となった
一 天明三年癸卯（1783年）三月一日、昨年十二月十七日夜にそなたの居宅から出火した際、祖母が怪我をし翌日に亡くなった件について届け出があった。その後尋ねた件について書付で申し達した趣旨によると、始末を行わず金銭面でも不束で至極である。このような変事があった際には老人の介抱が肝要であるのに、等閑に心得て介抱が行き届かず、右のような事態に及んだのは不覚悟の至りである。ご吟味の上で厳しく仰せ付けられるべきであるが、格別のご慈悲により永の御暇を下される。御領分は申すに及ばず、江戸の両御屋敷近辺を徘徊することも無用である旨仰せ出された。家は断絶となった。

一 天保三年辰（1832年）正月二十六日、先年永の御暇を下された保田九蔵について、格別のご慈悲により今度家名を成し下され御立てになる旨仰せ出されたため、由緒もあることから鉄次郎へ名跡を仰せ付けるよう一類共が願い出た通り、則ち名跡を成し下され御立てになり、高二十二俵二人扶持を下され、格式として御供番・御次番を仰せ付けられた
一 同七年申（1836年）七月二十八日、良之進様の御住居詰を仰せ付けられ、役米一石を下された
一 弘化二年巳（1845年）十月五日、分一方を仰せ付けられた

According to the written statement submitted regarding subsequent inquiries into this matter, you failed to handle the situation properly and were extremely negligent financially. In such emergencies, caring for elderly people should be the highest priority, yet you carelessly neglected proper care, leading to such circumstances - this shows extreme lack of judgment. Although strict punishment should be imposed after investigation, out of exceptional mercy you are granted permanent leave. You are forbidden not only from the domain territory but also from wandering near both Edo residences. The family line is dissolved.

- On January 26th of Tenpō 3, year of Tatsu (1832), regarding Yasuda Kuzō who was granted permanent leave in previous years, it was announced that out of exceptional mercy the family name would be restored and reestablished. Given the existing lineage, the family relatives petitioned that the name succession be granted to Tetsujirō as requested. The name succession was accordingly granted and reestablished, he was granted a stipend of 22 hyō and rations for 2 people, and was appointed to escort guard and next guard positions according to his rank
- On July 28th of Tenpō 7, year of Saru (1836), he was appointed to residence duty for Lord Ryōnoshin and granted 1 koku of position rice
