一 治郎太夫は正徳元年卯（1714年）四月十四日、御使徒士に召し出され、御帳前をも勤めることができる旨を仰せ出された

- On August 28th of Kyōhō 19, year of Kinoe-Tora (1734), he was appointed as temporary secretary to the chief retainers
- On August 7th of Kyōhō 20, year of Kinoto-U (1735), he was appointed to the permanent position
- On December 28th of the same year, he was granted escort guard rank and appointed to return to the purchasing department
During the reign of Lord Genryū-in
- On December 23rd of Genbun 2, year of Hinoto-Mi (1737), he was appointed to the accounting department, dismissed from the purchasing department, and assigned to regular rotating duty
- On January 15th of Genbun 6, year of Kanoto-Tori (1741), he was appointed head of servants and received 22 hyō (rice measure) and rations for 3 people
- On November 1st of Enkyō 2, year of Kinoto-Ushi (1745), he received a formal rank as middle page with an increase of 4 hyō, bringing his total to 26 hyō, and was appointed to supervise the rice purchasing coordination office
- On September 18th of Hōreki 5, year of Kinoto-I (1755), his role was dismissed as requested
