慎護院様御代【割書：隠居 蓬庵｜志斗】
一 宝永元年（1704年）甲申6月15日、御在所において御坊主に召し出され、御仕着を下され、御預り屋敷の勤めに就いた
一 同3年（1706年）丙戌7月、御給金3両を下され、表御坊主の勤めに就いた
一 同5年（1708年）戊子11月28日、1人扶持を御足として、都合2人扶持を成し下された
一 正徳元年（1711年）辛卯5月9日、御奥坊主を仰せ付けられた
真如院様御代
一 同4年（1714年）甲午9月、江戸において表薬種料を下され、御家中療用相勤めの趣旨並びに他療を御免仰せ出された
一 同5年（1715年）乙未8月、御坊主番外を仰せ出された
ただしこの間より名を祐宣と相改めた。これ以前は真嘉
一 享保2年（1717年）丁酉5月17日、御徒士格を仰せ付けられた
一 同5年（1720年）庚子12月15日、御医師並を仰せ付けられた
ただし無足医である

Ikeda Yusen
During the reign of Lord Shingo-in【Marginal note: Retired Hō-an｜Shito】
- Hōei 1 (1704), 6th month, 15th day: At the domain residence, he was summoned as a monk attendant, granted ceremonial clothing, and assigned to serve at the deputy mansion.
- Same 3rd year (1706), 7th month: He was granted a stipend of 3 ryō and assigned to serve as outer monk attendant.
- Same 5th year (1708), 11th month, 28th day: He was granted 1 person-ration as additional support, making a total of 2 person-rations.
- Shōtoku 1 (1711), 5th month, 9th day: He was appointed as inner monk attendant.
During the reign of Lord Shinnyō-in
- Same 4th year (1714), 9th month: In Edo, he was granted medicine fees and permitted to provide medical treatment for retainers and external patients.
- Same 5th year (1715), 8th month: He was appointed as extraordinary monk attendant.
Note: From this time he changed his name to Yusen. Previously it was Shinka.
- Kyōhō 2 (1717), 5th month, 17th day: He was appointed to the rank of foot soldier.
- Same 5th year (1720), 12th month, 15th day: He was appointed as assistant physician.
Note: This was a stipendless physician position.
