大筒役林久右衛門臼杵久左衛門若松甚太夫《割書：臼杵久左衛門病気ニ付｜同名弥右衛門罷出》大書院ニ
被召出先為御内意被仰渡候去年酉ノ年以来唐船若松白島
沖江漂流ニ付小倉萩此方被仰談追払有之候得共其節は無異儀
帰帆と相見へ重而漂流相止てさる通達上聞ニ今度為上使
渡辺外記殿三領間ニ被指下御滞留之間ニ被任
上意大筒ニ而打払被仰付候弐拾目三拾目玉之抱
大筒ヲ以鯨船同前之小早船に乗日和克地風等之
時分唐船ニ乗寄せ大筒を打掛ケて申旨御下知【候間】
其心得可有候尤三領共ニ船数ス少々差出シ候様に
との御下知ニ候唐船より見すかされさる様ニ可致旨
