御着座される
一、御簾を掛ける
一、御後座には御側衆が御太刀の役、御刀の役として伺候する
一、御下段西の方、上より三畳目の通りより、松平肥後守、井伊備中守など老中が順々に着座する
一、西の縁側に若年寄が伺候する
一、西の御縁の方に畳を敷き、高家で雁之間詰の四品以上の者が列座する

英語訳

His Excellency takes his seat
Article 1: A curtain (misu) shall be hung
Article 1: Behind the seat, goshū (personal attendants) shall attend in the roles of ceremonial sword bearer and sword attendant
Article 1: On the lower platform on the western side, from the third tatami mat counting from the top, the rōjū (senior councilors) including Matsudaira Higo-no-kami and Ii Bitchū-no-kami shall be seated in order
