現代語訳

素袍を着用

一 大広間御下段の御次の御襖障子を取り払い、二の間北の方二本目三本目の柱間より御襖障子際東の方へ、四品以上の御譜代大名が列席する

一 二の間には諸大夫の御譜代大名、同じく嫡子、三の間には布衣以上の御役人、法印・法眼の医師が列居する

一 西の御縁方に畳敷きの高家、雁間詰めの四品以上が列居する

Item: [They] wore suō court dress

Item: The sliding doors and screens of the御次 (honorific adjacent room) in the lower section of the great hall were removed, and daimyo of the fourth rank and above from the hereditary vassals were arranged in rows from the second and third pillar intervals on the north side of the second room toward the east side near the sliding door area

Item: In the second room were seated the hereditary daimyo of the shoshidaifu rank and their eldest sons; in the third room were arranged government officials of hōi rank and above, and physicians with the ranks of hōin and hōgen

Item: In the western veranda area, kōke families on tatami mats and those of fourth rank and above assigned to the wild goose room were seated in rows
