上へ塗（ぬり）おけば。かならず出る。一方に。蟷螂（たうらう）一ツ
に。巴豆（はづ）半箇（はんぶん）入て。ねりあはせて用る。これ
もまたよし。前の衛矛（にしきゞ）の実（み）と。松葉霜（まつばのくろやき）
は。一切のとげぬきに用るなり。蟷螂（たうらう）は鉄（てつ）
を吸所（すふところ）の効（こう）あるなり。蘇鉄葉（そてつのは）を煎（せん）じて
服（もちふ）れば。鍼（はり）をさしたるものに効（こう）ありと云（いふ）
も。鉄鍼（てつのはり）に効（こう）あるものなるべし▲鍼（はり）をあ
やまつて呑（のみ）たるが。咽（のんど）に入て出かたきに。癩（ひき）
蝦蟇（がへる）の頭（かしら）をきりすて。倒（さかしま）にして血（ち）をしぼ
り出したるを。一 盃（ぱい）ばかり咽（のど）へそろ〳〵と。た
らしこめば。やゝしばらくありて。鍼（はり）軟（やはらか）に成
て出るなり▲吐（はき）の止（やみ）かぬるには。土めのよ
き地（ところ）ならば。その地（ち）を一尺四方ばかりほり
て。新汲水（くみたてのみづ）をいれてかきたて。しばらく
おきてそのうはずみを汲（くみ）とりわかして
湯（ゆ）となし。生姜（しやうが）のしぼり汁十四五 滴（たれ）さし
て用べし。これを土漿水（どしやうすい）といふ。土にすな
などまじり。土のはだよからぬところならば。
竃中黄土（さうちうわうど）といふて。ふるきかまどの下に
真赤にやけたる土を。薬舗（きぐすりや）に伏龍肝（ふくりようかん）
とよぶ。この土の細末を水にかきたてたる
上清（うはずみ）をとり。煎（せん）じて用るも又よし。これに
も生姜（しやうが）の搾汁（しぼりしる）を入る。諸病（しよびやう）ともに。吐の
止りかぬるものに用て効あるなり。この
水にて半夏一味を煎（せん）じもちひたるは。
ます〳〵よし。▲歯齦（はぐき）うきて。たべものに
なやむには。鹿角霜（ろくかくのくろやき）《割書：薬店に｜あり》をしきりに
ぬりつけてよし。又は五倍子（ふし）の末（こ）に。炭（すみ）の
末を等分にあはせ。塩（しほ）を少し加（くはへ）てぬる
もよし。また無花果（いちゞく）を煎（せん）じてふくみ
たる跡（あと）へ。これらの薬をつけてます〳〵よし

はまづその刺（はり）をぬき。蝋燭（らうそく）に火をつけて。蝋（なが）
涙をたらしこむもよし。又小便にてあら

現代語訳
上へ塗っておけば、必ず出る。一方に、蟷螂一匹
に、巴豆半個入れて、練り合わせて用いる。これ
もまたよい。前の錦木の実と、松葉の黒焼きは、
一切の棘抜きに用いるのである。蟷螂は鉄
を吸い取る効果があるのである。蘇鉄の葉を煎じて
服用すれば、鍼を刺したものに効果があると言う
のも、鉄の鍼に効果があるものなのであろう▲鍼を誤
って飲んだが、咽頭に入って出にくいものに、癩
蝦蟇の頭を切り捨て、逆さまにして血を絞
り出したものを、一杯ばかり喉へそろそろと、滴
らし込めば、しばらくして、鍼が軟らかになっ
て出るのである▲嘔吐が止まらないものには、土の良
い地ならば、その地を一尺四方ばかり掘っ
て、新汲み水を入れてかき立て、しばらく
置いてその上澄みを汲み取り沸かして
湯となし、生姜の絞り汁十四、五滴差し
て用いるべきである。これを土漿水という。土に砂
などが混じり、土の質がよくないところならば、
竃中黄土といって、古いかまどの下に
真赤に焼けた土を、薬舗に伏龍肝
と呼ぶ。この土の細末を水にかき立てた
上澄みをとり、煎じて用いるのもまたよい。これに
も生姜の搾り汁を入れる。諸病ともに、嘔吐が
止まらないものに用いて効果があるのである。この
水で半夏一味を煎じて用いたものは、
ますますよい。▲歯茎が浮いて、食べ物に
悩むものには、鹿角霜《薬店にある》をしきりに
塗りつけてよい。又は五倍子の末に、炭の
末を等分に合わせ、塩を少し加えて塗る

ものを束ねて、強く擦ると、痛みがたちまち癒えるのである。
生の芋茎がない時は、干したものを湿らせて
用いるべきである。生芋もまた代用すべきである。また
はまずその刺を抜き、蝋燭に火をつけて、蝋
涙を垂らし込むのもよい。又小便で洗っ
