あれど。喞筩（みつはちき）を用ひて深（ふか）く子宮中（こつぼのうち）を
洗（あらひ）て後（のち）。坐薬（さしぐすり）を挾（さし）て止る術（しゆつ）なれば。それも
旅舎（はたこや）にては施（ほどこ）しがたくいづれにもあれ。
血の下ること多ければ身體（からだ）頓（にはか）に疲（つかる）るもの
なれば。速（すみやか）にこれを止ることをこゝろえべし
その法（しかた）は繭綿（まわた）を二十匁ばかりを小さく
束（つかね）て。陰（いん）中に容（いれ）て。横（よこ）に臥（ねかし）。右にあれ左
にあれ。上になしたる足をむかふへねぢ
りて。臀肉（しりのにく）を掌（てのひら）にてしかと圧（おさへ）さすれば。
陰戸（まへ）かたく閉（とづ）るなり。かくのごとくする
こと一時ばかりをすぐれば。陰戸（まへの）中の破（やぶけ）
たる細絡（ちのかすひ）【「ちのかよひ」では】おのづから愈（いえ）あふて。血の出る
ことは止ものなり。内服剤（のみぐすり）の速（すみやか）に効（こう）あ
るものは。枯礬（やきみやうばん）二匁。騏驎血（きりんけつ）一匁を細末（さいまつ）し
て丸じて用るか。枯礬（やきみやうばん）阿煎薬（あせんやく）各二
匁を。散薬（さんやく）にて用るか。又はこれらの剤（くすり）を
布（ぬの）につゝみ。陰（いん）中ヘ坐薬（さしぐすり）としてもよし。
此二 種（しゆ）のうちにて。薬品（やくひん）のあるにまか
せてこれをつゞきて服（もちひ）てよし。漏血（ながち）
止ざるあひだは。丸散を用るにも冷
水を以て送（もちひ）下。煎剤（せんやく）も冷（ひや）して用る
をよしとす。大かたはこれにて治すれども
もし煎薬（せんやく）をもちひんとおもはゞ。艾葉（もぐさのは）。
当帰（たうき）。各六分。唐阿膠（からのあけう）。川芎（せんきう）各四分。生（しやう）
乾芍薬（ぼししやくやく）八分。地黄（ぢわう）一匁二分。甘草一分。
七味合せて四匁一分を一 貼（てふ）とし。生姜を
多く加へ。水煎して用べし。これを芎（きう）
帰膠艾湯（きけうがいとう）といふ。また子宮（こつぼの）中に蓄血（とゞこほりたるち）
あるか。息肉（そくにく）などを生じ。又は瘡（できもの）を
生（しやう）じたるなどより。崩漏（ながち）を発（はつ）するも
のあり。それらは證候（しようこう）も治法も大に
異（こと）なれば。これもまたこゝろえべし
ら【らは白抜文字】雷震（らいにうたれ）死（しゝたる）は雷火（らいくわ）の地におつる響（ひゞき）
にふれて。気絶（きぜつ）したるなり。これは
多く時を過（すご）さずるものはなほ救（すくふ）べし。
その救（すくふ）べきものと。すくふべからざるものと
をよく見わけて。これを行（おこのふ）べし。その救（すくふ）
べからざるものは。腹（はら）脹（はり）色（いろ）変（へん）じ。周身（しうしん）

あるが、喞筒（注射器）を用いて深く子宮中を洗浄した後、坐薬を挿入して止める術であるので、それも旅宿では施行しがたく、いずれにしても血の下ることが多ければ身体は急に疲労するものであるから、速やかにこれを止めることを心得るべきである。
その方法は、真綿を二十匁ほどを小さく束ねて、陰部中に入れて、横に寝かせ、右であれ左であれ、上になった足を向こうへねじって、臀部の肉を手のひらでしっかりと押さえ擦れば、陰部がかたく閉じるのである。このようにすること一時間ほどを過ごせば、陰部中の破れた細絡（毛細血管）が自然と癒合して、血の出ることは止まるものである。
内服剤で速やかに効果があるものは、枯礬二匁、麒麟血一匁を細末して丸薬にして用いるか、枯礬・阿仙薬各二匁を散薬にして用いるか、又はこれらの薬剤を布に包み、陰部へ坐薬としてもよい。この二種のうちで、薬品のあるに任せてこれを続けて服用してよい。
漏血が止まらない間は、丸薬・散薬を用いるにも冷水で服用し、煎薬も冷やして用いるのがよい。大抵はこれで治るが、もし煎薬を用いようと思うなら、艾葉・当帰各六分、唐阿膠・川芎各四分、生乾芍薬八分、地黄一匁二分、甘草一分、七味合わせて四匁一分を一貼とし、生姜を多く加え、水煎して用いるべし。これを芎帰膠艾湯という。
また子宮中に瘀血があるか、息肉などを生じ、又は瘡を生じたるなどより、崩漏を発するものがある。それらは症候も治法も大いに異なるので、これもまた心得るべきである。
