こゝろえにてよし。蜈蚣（むかで）の毒（どく）内攻（ないこう）すれば。
舌（した）脹（はれ）出る。それには雄鶏冠血（をんどりのとさかのち）を生（いき）ながら
切て。口中にそゝぎ入て服（のま）しむれば愈る
といへり。雄黄（をわう）に。生姜（しやうが）のしぼり汁を加へ
てぬりたるも。服（のませ）たるもよし。醋（す）を加へたるも
又よし。雄黄は。諸蟲咬傷（もろ〳〵のむしのかみさしたる）に効（しるし）ある
ものなれば。いづれにも内服したるがよし。
いづれの咬傷（かみさしたる）にても。硝石または火薬（くわやく）
の類を傷所に塡て。火を点（つけ）て毒を
たゝしむることと。葛上亭長（まめはんめう）。斑猫（はんめう）の類（るゐ）
を外伝（つけ）て毒（どく）を誘出（さそひだ）すことはするがよし。
またもろ〳〵の小蟲（むし）の刺咬（さしかみ）たるは。血を
しぼりいだしたるあとへ。発燭（つけき）又は
紙條（こより）に胡油（ごまのあぶら）を蘸（ひたし）たるに火を点（つけ）て。傷所（きずくち）
へ滴（たらし）こむもよし。一 切（さい）の毒蟲（どくむし）の咬刺（かみさし）た
るに用てよき方は。雄黄（をわう）。磠砂（どうしや）明礬（みやうばん）
露蜂房（はちのす）各五分。麝香（じやかう）二分 細末（さいまつ）し
て。蜜（みつ）にてねりおきたるを。創所（きずぐち）につ
け。又さゆにて用てよし▲齲歯（むしば）の痛（いたみ）は
は【はの横に長四角】の部（ぶ）。歯（は）痛（いたみ）の條（ところ）に見えたり。むし
ばのいたみあるものは朝夕の口欶（うがひ）【嗽】に。
冷水（ひやみづ）のみを用ひ。食後（しよくこ）はもとより。いさ
さかの物をくひても。かならず冷水
にてうがひすること。久しうしておこた
らざれば。痛（いたみ）やみて。歯（は）牙 堅（かた）くなるもの
なり。もし下顎（したあご）につきたる齲歯（むしば）の
痛（いたみ）ならば。乳香末（にうかうのこ）。小麦粉（こむぎのこ）を等分（とうふん）に
あはせ。鶏子白（たまごのしろみ）と焼酎（せうちう）を加（くは）へて煉（ねり）たる
を。下顎（したあこ）の脉動（みやくのひゞき）ある所へつくべし。この
薬を顳顬（こめかみ）へつけて。よく頭痛（づつう）を治す
る効ありう【うは白抜文字】馬に咬れたるには。葱白（ねぎのしろね）
を四五寸ばかりにきりたるを束（たばね）て。
創口（きずぐち）をしきりに摩擦（こする）へし。痛（いたみ）その
まゝ愈（いゆ）るなり。また馬歯筧（すべりひゆ）をすり
つくるもよし。▲打撲（うちみ）は。はやく醋（す）に

現代語訳
心得ておけばよい。ムカデの毒が内攻すれば、舌が腫れて出る。それには雄鶏の鶏冠の血を生きながら切って、口中に注ぎ入れて服用させれば治ると言われている。雄黄に生姜の絞り汁を加えて塗ったものも、服用させたものもよい。酢を加えたものもまたよい。雄黄は、あらゆる虫の咬み傷に効果があるものであるから、いずれにも内服するのがよい。
どのような咬み傷でも、硝石または火薬の類を傷所に詰めて、火をつけて毒を焼き尽くすことと、葛上亭長、斑猫の類を外用して毒を誘い出すことは行うのがよい。
またあらゆる小さな虫が刺し咬んだものは、血を絞り出した後へ、蝋燭または紙縒りに胡麻油を浸したものに火をつけて、傷口へ滴らし込むのもよい。一切の毒虫の咬み刺したものに用いてよい処方は、雄黄、銅砂、明礬、露蜂房各五分、麝香二分を細末にして、蜜で練り置いたものを、傷口につけ、また冷ました湯で用いてもよい。
虫歯の痛みは「は」の部、歯痛の条に見えている。虫歯の痛みがあるものは朝夕の口すすぎに、冷水のみを用い、食後はもとより、少しの物を食べても、必ず冷水でうがいすることを、長く続けて怠らなければ、痛みが止んで、歯牙が堅くなるものである。もし下顎についた虫歯の痛みならば、乳香末、小麦粉を等分に合わせ、卵白と焼酎を加えて練ったものを、下顎の脈動がある所へつけるべきである。この薬を側頭部へつけて、よく頭痛を治す効果がある。
馬に咬まれたものには、葱白を四五寸ばかりに切ったものを束ねて、傷口をしきりに摩擦すべきである。痛みがそのまま治るのである。また馬歯莧をすり潰すのもよい。
打撲は、早く酢に樟脳を入れたものを温め、布に浸して蒸すべきである。血の凝滞した所があれば、針でも剃刀の角でも浅く刺して血を
