をすりてしぼりたる水をぬりつくること。
又 牛糞（うしのふん）の新（あらた）なるものを。鶏卵（たまご）にあはせ
てぬること。また胡麻（ごま）をすり末（こ）にして貼（つくる）こと。
また葱白（ねぎのしろね）を搗爛（つきたゞらか）して。蜂蜜（はちみつ）をくはへて。
膏薬（かうやく）の如（ごと）くにしてつくること。白亜（たうのつち）を鶏卵（たまご）
にてねりあはせて。樟脳（しやうのう）を少しくはへ。
胡麻の油をも入て。つくべきほどにして
用ること。竃中黄土（かまどのしたのやけつち）の細末（こ）を。よく水に
煮（に）たるを濾（こし）てぬること。大 黄（わう）の細末（こ）を
水にねりてつくるなどは。いづれも理（ことはり）
あるものなれば。時（とき）に応（おう）じて撰（ゑらみ）用べし。
もし身熱（みのねつ）甚しきものは。前に出せる。調（てう）
胃承気湯（ゐじやうきとう）の類（るゐ）を用て。一たびは下し
たるがよし。もし腐爛（くされたゞれ）てあしき臭（にほ）
気（ひ）あるものは。樟脳（しやうのう）を焼酒（せうちう）に入て。火に温（あたゝ）め。
布に浸（ひた）して熨（むし）たるがよし。又は。石灰十匁。磠（どう）
砂（しや）五匁を焼酒（せうちう）に浸（ひた）し。しばらくおきて滓（かす）を
こしさり。火に温（あたゝめ）て熨（むす）もよし。火毒もし内 攻（こう）
すれば死にいたることもまゝあれば。かねて
こゝろえべきことなり▲壁宮（やもり）に咬（かま）れた
るは。血を搾（しぼり）出したるあとへ。磠砂（どうしや）。雄黄（をわう）

れたるは。其 害（がい）犬毒より甚しく。且（かつ）速（すみやか）
なれば。その心得あるべきこと也。これも前の
犬毒の條（くたり）にいへるごとく。咬（かみ）たる牙歯（は）の
涎（よだれ）が。人の血肉に混（こん）じ。はびこりて周身（しうしん）
へつたへて害（がい）となり。甚しきは死に至（いた）る
ものなれば。速（すみやか）にその毒（どく）を去（さる）ことを第一と
すべし。蝮蛇（まむし）の咬（かみ）たる創（きず）口は。ちいさければ。
必（かなら）すまづこれを切開きて後に。血を搾（しぼり）
出て。水にてあらふことは。犬咬傷（いぬのかみたる）にいふ
が如くすべし。ことに毒の蔓延（はびこる）こと
いたつて早き物なれば。まづ咬（かま）れたる
手にあれ足にあれ。創（きず）よりやゝ上の方（かた）
を木綿（もめん）をさきてかたく紮（くゝり）て。その
弥蔓（はびこる）をふせぐべし。人の屎（くそ）をつけて
大なる艾（もぐさ）を灼（すへ）るか。葛上亭長（まめはんめう）を貼（つくる）か

もし身熱がひどいものは、前に述べた調胃承気湯の類を用いて、一度は下したほうがよい。もし腐爛して悪臭があるものは、樟脳を焼酎に入れて、火で温め、布に浸して温湿布するのがよい。または、石灰十匁、硫酸銅五匁を焼酎に浸し、しばらく置いて滓を濾し去り、火で温めて温湿布するのもよい。火毒がもし体内に侵入すれば死に至ることもしばしばあるので、あらかじめ心得ておくべきことである。
▲壁宮（ヤモリ）に咬まれた場合は、血を搾り出した後へ、硫酸銅と雄黄の二味を粉末にしたものを貼ってよい。この薬は様々な虫刺されに用いるべきである。
▲蝮蛇に咬まれた場合は、その害は犬毒よりもひどく、かつ速やかであるから、その心得があるべきことである。これも前の犬毒の項で述べたように、咬んだ牙歯の涎が人の血肉に混じり、はびこって全身へ伝わって害となり、ひどい場合は死に至るものであるから、速やかにその毒を除去することを第一とすべきである。蝮蛇の咬んだ創口は小さいので、必ずまずこれを切り開いた後に、血を搾り出して水で洗うことは、犬咬傷で述べたようにすべきである。特に毒の蔓延することが非常に早いものであるから、まず咬まれた手であれ足であれ、創よりやや上の方を木綿を裂いて固く縛って、その蔓延を防ぐべきである。人の屎をつけて大きな艾を据えるか、豆半明を貼るか
