天を仰ぎ聖を仰ぐ、激切屏営の至りでございます。謹んで表を奉じて称謝して以て聞こし召されるよう申し上げます。

また疏

琉球国中山王臣尚敬謹んで奏上いたします。恭しく天恩を謝するための事について。臣敬は弾丸の小国にて、海隅に僻処しております。深く皇恩を沐し、臣の嗣封をお許しいただきました。康熙五十八年、欽差正使翰林院検討海宝、副使翰林院編修徐葆光等が、詔勅・幣帛を齎捧し、員役を随帯し、海船二隻に坐駕して、本年六月初一日に敝国に按臨されるという蒙りました。臣は旧例に依って、通国の百官臣庶をして詔勅を奉迎させ、天使館中に安置いたしました。六月二十六日に吉を揀んで、先ず臣の曽祖琉球国中山王尚貞を諭祭することを蒙り、復た臣の父琉球国王尚益を諭祭することを蒙りました。続いて七月二十六日において宣読し

Ryukyu Kingdom Chuzan King, vassal Sho Kei respectfully memorializes regarding the matter of humbly expressing gratitude for Imperial Grace. Your vassal Kei rules a tiny nation like a pellet, remotely situated at the corner of the sea. Having deeply received Imperial benevolence, my succession to the throne was graciously approved. In Kangxi 58, I received the honor that Imperial Commissioner Chief Envoy Hai Bao of the Hanlin Academy Bureau of Review, Deputy Envoy Xu Baoguang of the Hanlin Academy Compilation Department, and others would carry and present the imperial edicts and ceremonial silk, accompanied by staff members, aboard two sea vessels, arriving for inspection at our humble nation on the first day of the sixth month of this year. Following established precedent, I had all officials and subjects throughout the realm welcome the imperial edicts and installed them in the Imperial Envoys' residence. Selecting an auspicious day on the twenty-sixth day of the sixth month, I first received the honor of conducting memorial rites for my great-grandfather, Ryukyu Kingdom Chuzan King Sho Tei, and then received the honor of conducting memorial rites for my father, Ryukyu Kingdom King Sho Eki.
