入て命を捨たる蜑人（あまひと）にも異（こと）なり此世にも
あらぬ世界の極楽（ごくらく）と地獄（ちごく）の真中（まんなか）に閻魔（えんま）大王
となんいへるやんごとなき方ぞまし〳〵ける此大
王三千世界を順（まわり）し給ふてなれば十王を始として
朝廷（てうてい）の臣下数もかぎらずそれ〳〵の役を司者（つかさどるもの）
多しされば人間の世渡 士農工商（しのうこうしやう）の各 隙（ひま）なき
も断（ことはり）ぞかし閻魔王宮も昔はさのみ閙敷（いそかわしく）もあら
ざりしが近年は人の心もかたましくなりたるゆゑ
様々の悪作る者多く日にまして罪人（ざいにん）の数（かず）かぎ
りもあらざれば前々より有来の地獄にては中々
地面不足なりとて閻魔王こまり給ふ折を窺（うかい）
山師共は我一と内証より付込役人にてれん
追従（ついしやう）賄賂（まいない）などしてさま〳〵の願を出し極楽
海道（かいどう）十万億土の内にてあれ地を見たて地蔵（ぢぞう）
菩（ほさつ）の領分 茄子畠（なすびばたけ）の辺までを切ひらき数
百里の池を堀 蘇枋（すほう）を煎（せん）じて血（ち）の池をこし

入って命を捨てた海人とも異なる。この世でもない世界の極楽と地獄の真ん中に閻魔大王という尊い方がいらっしゃる。この大王は三千世界を巡回なさるので、十王をはじめとして朝廷の臣下も数限りなく、それぞれの役職を司る者が多い。されば人間の世渡りで士農工商の各々が忙しいのも道理である。閻魔王宮も昔はそれほど忙しくもなかったが、近年は人の心も頑なになったため、様々な悪事を働く者が多く、日ごとに罪人の数も限りがないので、従来からある地獄では到底地面が不足だと閻魔王がお困りになる機会を狙って、山師どもは我先にと内々に付け込み、役人に賄賂や追従などをして様々な願書を出し、極楽街道十万億土の内であちこちの土地を見立て、地蔵菩薩の領分、茄子畑の辺りまでを切り開き、数百里の池を掘って蘇芳を煎じて血の池を作り、山を築いては剣の苗を植えさせ、罪人を叩く臼も獄卒どもの手が届かないからといって水車を仕掛けさせ、焦熱地獄には人踏鞴を仕掛け、その外、叫喚・大叫喚・等活・黒縄・無間地獄等の外に
