一戊子歳権現様御神輿再建仕ニ付而御文こしかき
無御座違乱御座候忠左衛門市右衛門権兵衛両三人
之扱を以神主衆六人宮町衆六人人足出シ合
参銭之儀も当分ニ取申候様ニ相定若又御神
領重り申候ハヽ神主計ニ而もり申候様ニと相済
申候処ニ去年ゟ出入御座候而今度御公事ニ罷成候
就其御代官吉田金右衛門様町ノ宿老衆御
扱を以御輿之参銭之義者皆々神主取候て
其上代物六百文宮町へ出シ扨又みこしかきの義ハ
右相定之通宮町ゟ六人出シ候様ニと御扱被成
相済申候此上ハ神主衆へ何様之恨申分
御座候とも六人之みこしかき出シ其上宮町
中御輿の廻りニ付可申候自然御神領も
重り申候ハヽ人足出シ申間敷候間六百文代物
も御渡シ有間敷候如此相定候上ハ互ニ

一、戊子歳（慶安元年）に権現様の御神輿を再建するにあたって、御文言書きがなく違乱がございました。忠左衛門、市右衛門、権兵衛の三人の仲裁により、神主衆六人、宮町衆六人が人足を出し合い、参銭の件も当分の間このように取り決めました。もしまた御神領が重くなりましたら、神主だけで守るということで解決いたしました。ところが去年から出入り（争い）がございまして、今度御公事（裁判）となりました。
それについて御代官吉田金右衛門様と町の宿老衆の仲裁により、御神輿の参銭の件はすべて神主が取ることとし、その上で代物六百文を宮町へ出し、さて御神輿担ぎの件は先の取り決め通り宮町から六人出すということで仲裁が成立し解決いたしました。
この上は神主衆へどのような恨み言がございましても、六人の御神輿担ぎを出し、その上宮町中で御神輿の回りに付き従います。もし御神領も重くなりましたら人足を出す必要はございませんので、六百文の代物もお渡しする必要はございません。
このように取り決めました上は、互いに違乱いたしません。後日のため一札、よって件の如し。

Regarding the reconstruction of Gongen-sama's portable shrine in the year of Bosshi (1st year of Keian), there was disorder due to the absence of written agreements. Through the mediation of three persons - Chūzaemon, Ichiuemon, and Gonbei - it was decided that six shrine priests and six shrine town people would provide laborers in cooperation, and the matter of offering money was also settled for the time being. If the shrine territory should become heavier in responsibility, it was resolved that only the shrine priests would guard it.
However, there has been a dispute since last year, and this time it became an official legal case. Regarding this matter, through the mediation of Deputy Official Yoshida Kinuemon-sama and the town elders, it was decided that the shrine priests would collect all the offering money from the portable shrine, and in addition would pay 600 mon in compensation to the shrine town. Furthermore, regarding the matter of shrine carriers, as previously decided, the shrine town would provide six people, and this mediation was completed and resolved.
From now on, regardless of any grievances the shrine priests may have, we will provide six portable shrine carriers, and moreover, the entire shrine town will accompany the portable shrine procession. If the shrine territory becomes heavier in responsibility, we will not need to provide laborers, so the 600 mon compensation will also not need to be paid.
Having decided thus, we will not cause disorder with each other. A written pledge for future reference, therefore as stated.
