並家久に書を賜りて大功を褒
せらる翌年八月二日嶋津陸奥守
家久ハ中山王尚寧を引具して
駿府へ来朝す八日登 城有り
東照宮烏帽子直衣を着し給ひ
大広間上段に 御着座尚寧段子
百疋羅紗百廿尋芭蕉布百疋
太平布二百疋を献し拝礼畢て
退く家久ハ太刀白銀千枚を献し
拝礼して尚寧駿府に有るの間
