致候其外望之者へは願次第地所木材等右
同様に可被下之事
一 宿屋料理茶屋其外食物商売之宅抔
は都合により酌女抱置小唄三味線等不
苦事
一 軍談咄家三味線唄うたひ大神楽揚弓
手都間を始め為見もの何事によらす寄
場出来置人寄之儀不苦候尤見物之
料之儀は取立候而も不苦候事
一 此度御領分中ニ而獅子舞等御免ニ相成候
上は在町之者於市中致興行候儀御用
捨相成候日数五日程之願は承届其節

座中敷物料聊取立候儀は不苦候右
舞台場所等之儀は追々《振り仮名：｜可及》沙汰候事
一 他所芝居請之義も右場所ニ於て興行之
義も願之上は日数五日迄は承知候間興行
不苦候右見物料之儀《振り仮名：｜取》立候而も不苦候事
一 他所より罷越河原者旅役者或は三味
線弾唄うたひ酌女之類都合ニより市
中ニ留置候儀も不苦候事
但火之元等右場所ニ於て精々入念可取
扱事
一 男女之衣服天窓之餝り是迄御定は有之
候得共商売ニ寄差支候向は都合ニ寄

行うべく候。その外希望の者へは願い次第、土地木材等右と
同様に下されるべきこと
一 宿屋料理茶屋その外食物商売の宅など
は都合により酌女を抱え置き、小唄三味線等は差し
支えないこと
一 軍談咄家三味線唄歌い大神楽揚弓
手妻間を始め見物のため何事によらず寄り
場を設け人寄せの件は差し支えなく候。もっとも見物の
料金の件は取り立て候ても差し支えないこと
一 この度御領分中にて獅子舞等が御免になった
上は在町の者が市中にて興行を行う件は御用
捨てとなり候。日数五日程度の願いは承り届け、その節
