古田七郎兵衛
頼以君御代
一 文化七年（午年）二月十五日 父源左衛門が御勝手方の職務を数年間務めた功績により、この度息子与八郎を新規に御徒士として召し出し、高十八俵二人扶持を下される。兼ねてより甲冑・故実を心がけている様子につき、この上出精して執行を整えた上で引き継ぐべきこと
一 同十四年（丑年）十月八日 御供番を仰せつけられ、二俵の御加増、御次番を仰せ付けられる
一 文政二年（卯年）三月十五日 良之進様御殿詰を仰せ付けられ、これにより御朝夕の召し上がり物の仕立方その他御用向きを引き受ける
頼寧君御代
一 同七年（申年）二月二十日 良之進様御殿詰を滞りなく御免となり、御次番を仰せ付けられる

Reign of Lord Yorimoto
- 15th day, 2nd month, Bunka 7 (1810): Due to father Genzaemon's meritorious service in financial administration for several years, his son Yohachirō is newly appointed as an ashigaru foot soldier and granted a stipend of 18 hyō and provisions for two people. As he has been dedicated to studying armor and ancient practices, he should continue to work diligently and properly arrange the execution of duties before taking over the position.
- 8th day, 10th month, Bunka 14 (1817): Appointed to escort duty with an increase of 2 hyō and assigned to alternate duty.
- 15th day, 3rd month, Bunsei 2 (1819): Appointed to serve Lord Ryōnoshin in his quarters, thereby taking charge of preparing his morning and evening meals and other official duties.
Reign of Lord Yoriyasu
- 20th day, 2nd month, Bunsei 7 (1824): Successfully completed service to Lord Ryōnoshin in his quarters and was released from duty, then appointed to alternate duty.
- 26th day, 3rd month, Bunsei 8 (1825): Regarding misconduct by deceased father Genzaemon
