一 文政六未九月晦日坊主雇勤申付壱人
扶持御増二人扶持被成下勤方之儀は御膳番
差図相心得可相勤候尤刺髪申付候右ニ付

一 文政六年未年九月晦日、坊主雇勤を申し付けられ一人扶持を御増しされ二人扶持を成し下され、勤め方の儀は御膳番の指図を相心得て相勤めるべき候。もっとも刺髪を申し付けられる。これにより御金百疋を下賜される
一 同八年酉年四月十五日、医術修行のため御扶持方を差し上げ御雇勤を御免成し下されるよう願いの通り、坊主雇勤を滞りなく差し免じ、格別の思し召しをもって引き続き一人扶持を下賜される
一 同十年亥年六月五日、父春養存命の内に願い上げ置いた趣旨が御聴に達し御届けを聞し召され、春養の儀は数年精出して相勤め、その方の儀は未だ未熟ではあるが家業かつ本道の修行をする志も厚く寄特の至り、両方とも格別の筋をもって跡式高六人扶持を下賜され、格式御供番格末席を仰せ付けられ、向後御次にも召し出され御捻りなども仰せ付けられるであろう
との御沙汰により、なお又この上相励んで修行に励み、末々御用に立つよう致すべきである。もっとも御用人支配とする
一 同十三年寅年七月六日病死 没年二十三歳

一 天保二年卯年二月八日、内山春栄末期に願い置き親類共が願った趣旨は、亡父春栄の儀は勤仕の間もないが、亡祖父春養は数年上々様に御療養に出精して相勤め格別をもって春養の名跡を申し付け、高五石二人扶持を下賜され表坊主を申し付けられる
一 同三年辰年七月二十三日、御徒士に御取り立てされ御供方を仰せ付けられ、これにより俵数を成し下され高十八俵二人扶持を下賜され、御徒士頭支配となる
一 同八年酉年十月十日、御普請方下役を仰せ付けられ、向後御普請奉行支配、御下屋敷勝手

Granted a stipend of one nin-buchi (rice rations for one person)
During the reign of Lord Yoriyasu
- On the last day of the 9th month of Bunsei 6 (1823), year of the sheep, he was appointed to hired monk duty, given an increase of one nin-buchi for a total of two nin-buchi, with duties to be performed following the instructions of the meal service attendants. His hair was ordered to be shaved. For this, he was granted 100 hiki in gold.
- On the 15th day of the 4th month of Bunsei 8 (1825), year of the rooster, as requested, his stipend was suspended and he was released from hired service to pursue medical studies, but due to special consideration, he continued to receive one nin-buchi.
- On the 5th day of the 6th month of Bunsei 10 (1827), year of the boar, a petition submitted while his father Shun'yō was still alive reached his lordship's attention. It was heard that Shun'yō had served diligently for many years, and although this person was still inexperienced, his dedication to studying both the family profession and medicine was profound. Due to both these special circumstances, he was granted succession with a stipend of six nin-buchi, appointed to the lowest seat of the lord's attendant guard rank, and would henceforth be summoned for audiences and assigned various duties.
By this decree, he was to work even harder in his studies to become useful for future service. He was placed under the supervision of the chamberlain.
- On the 6th day of the 7th month of Bunsei 13 (1830), year of the tiger, he died of illness at age 23

- On the 8th day of the 2nd month of Tenpō 2 (1831), year of the rabbit, according to the deathbed wish of Uchiyama Shun'ei and the petition of his relatives: although the deceased father Shun'ei served only briefly, his deceased grandfather Shun'yō had served diligently for many years in medical treatment of their lordships. Due to these special circumstances, he was appointed to succeed to Shun'yō's name, granted a stipend of 5 koku and two nin-buchi, and appointed as a tonsured monk.
- On the 23rd day of the 7th month of Tenpō 3 (1832), year of the dragon, he was promoted to ashigaru (foot soldier) and appointed to attendant duty. Accordingly, he was granted provisions amounting to 18 hyō and two nin-buchi, under the supervision of the ashigaru commander.
- On the 10th day of the 10th month of Tenpō 8 (1837), year of the rooster, he was appointed as a lower official in the construction department, henceforth under the supervision of the construction magistrate, [assigned to] the lower mansion kitchen
