弐畳目に而奉九拝而退去御太刀目

一右近将監 召之具志川儀遠境
相越太儀被 思召旨被 仰出之於
御次 御諚之趣薩摩守え右近将
監伝之則具志川え薩摩守達之

一具志川重而出席自分之御礼於
板縁奉三拝御奏者番披露之
退坐大目付弐人案内而殿上之間
え同列下段着坐薩摩守も殿上之

二畳目において九拝を奉じて退去する。御太刀目録は御奏者番が引き取る。
一 右近将監が召して、具志川の件について「遠境より相越し大儀である」旨を思召されると仰せ出される。御次において御諚の趣旨を薩摩守へ右近将監が伝える。則ち具志川へ薩摩守が達する。御請けを申し上げ、その趣旨を右近将監へ薩摩守が述べる。
一 具志川が重ねて出席し、自分の御礼を板縁において三拝を奉ずる。御奏者番が披露し、退坐する。大目付二人が案内して殿上の間へ、同列下段に着坐する。薩摩守も殿上の

At the second tatami mat, he performs nine prostrations and withdraws. The tachi sword catalog is taken away by the goshōsha-ban.
One Ukon-shōgen summons [the officials] and announces regarding Gushikawa that His Lordship thinks it admirable that he has come from such distant lands. In the antechamber, Ukon-shōgen conveys the purport of the shogun's words to Satsuma-no-kami, who then communicates this to Gushikawa. The acknowledgment is offered up, and Satsuma-no-kami relates this response to Ukon-shōgen.
One Gushikawa appears again and performs his own ceremonial greeting with three prostrations at the wooden veranda. The goshōsha-ban announces this, and he withdraws from his seated position. Two ōmetsuke guide him to the palace hall, where he takes his seat in the lower section among his peers. Satsuma-no-kami also [goes] to the palace
