之名主方へ可相渡事
一 杣日雇前金扶持米其外貸借之儀手形
致取替追而勘定之節明白可致差引放
埒ニいたし後日滞候共証拠無之儀者相対ニ而
埒明役所江願出申間鋪事
右之条々木師之者共急度可守之自然相背ニ

【右丁】
その村の名主の方へ渡すべきこと
一 杣や日雇いへの前金、扶持米その他貸借の件について、手形を
取り交わし、後に勘定の際に明確に差し引きを行い、
いい加減にして後日滞りがあっても証拠のない件については、当事者同士で
決着をつけ、役所へ願い出てはならないこと
右の条々、木師の者共は急度守るべし。もし違反した

場合には処罰の対象とする
明和六年（己丑）二月
右の御定めの趣旨を承知し、急度相守り候。少しでも
相違の件がございましたら、何分にも仰せ付けられても構いません。よって書面の通りです
