【右丁】
一 木師が抱える杣や日雇い、すべて山方に関わる者共の宗門を
改めて随分念入りに調べ、出所不明の者または悪党の
類、その疑わしい者を雇ってはならないこと
付け加えて、山本において遊女のような者を堅く置いてはならないこと
一 請負所の山の名所切りに、杣が入山する続きであっても、請け負わない所に
みだりに杣を入れてはならないこと
付け加えて、請負所の山で自分の名代を貸し、少しでも材木を

取引してはならない。もっとも極印の貸借または元締めも出さず、
極印を杣や日雇いに預け置いて雇う者の勝手にしてはならないこと
一 請負所の山の件は、山分けを行い年期を切って相渡すべきこと
付け加えて、請負所の山へ不時に見分役人を差し出すべきこと
一 川下しの際、川筋の田畑の件は申すまでもなく、橋々や川除けを
損なわないように流すべし。自然とその場所において破損させた者は
木主の方より異議を唱えるまでもなく、前々の通り急いで拵え直し、その村で
