師 貴きゑうかりすちやに御主ぜずきりし
と御座ます事をわきまへ貴み奉るほ
どのちゑあるきりしたんはいづれもは
すくはの前後にびすはあどの御はつとに
まかせ一年に一度ゑうかりすちやをうけ
奉るべしとの儀也然れどもそれはこんへ
さうるの御同心をもての儀なるべし
弟 第四のまだめんとば何とわきまゆ
べきや
師 ぜじゆんをやむるほどのしさいなくんば
いづれのきりしたんも廿二さいよりくは
れいずましきのぜじゆん又ゑけれじやよ
り御さづけの日ぜじゆんをいたすべし
現代語訳
きぞ
師：尊いエウカリスチア（聖体）に御主イエズス・キリストが御座します事を理解し、貴み奉るほどの知恵あるキリシタンは、いずれも復活祭の前後にビスパード（司教）の御発しに従い、一年に一度エウカリスチアを受け奉るべしとの儀である。然れどもそれはコンフェサール（告解師）の御同心をもっての儀なるべし。
弟子：第四の十戒をば何と理解すべきや。
師：セジューン（断食）を病むほどの仕様なくんば、いずれのキリシタンも二十二歳より下、クアレスマ（四旬節）の間のセジューン、またエケレジア（教会）より御授けの日のセジュンを致すべし。

Master: Christians who have sufficient wisdom to understand and revere that our Lord Jesus Christ is present in the holy Eucharist should all receive the Eucharist once a year, following the bishop's proclamation before and after Easter. However, this should be done with the consent of one's confessor.
Disciple: How should one understand the fourth commandment?
Master: Unless one has such physical ailments that would make fasting harmful to one's health, all Christians aged twenty-two and under should observe fasting during Lent, as well as on the days of fasting prescribed by the Church.
