きりずまとも云也ばうちずもを授りたる
人にびすほより授け給ふさからめむと也此さ
からめんとを以てでうすよりあたらし
きがらさを与へ給ひばうちずもの時う
けたるひいですをつよめ給ひいるべき時に
ばんみんの前に其ひいですをあらはす
為に御力をそへ給ふさからめんと也是即此
さからめんとの徳儀也
弟 第三のさからめんとゝは何事ぞ
師 こむにあんともいひゑうかりすちやとも
申すさからめんと也
弟 此さからめんとのしさいをしめし給へ
師 此さからめんとはさいじやうのみすてりよ
なればことばにのべられぬ事也はあてれ
現代語訳
クリスマ（聖香油）とも言う。洗礼を授かった人に司教より授け給う秘跡である。この秘跡を以てデウス（神）より新しき恩寵を与え給い、洗礼の時に受けた信仰を強め給い、必要なる時に万民の前にその信仰を現すために御力を添え給う秘跡である。これすなわちこの秘跡の徳と意義である。
弟子：第三の秘跡とは何事でありますか。
師：コムニオン（聖体拝領）とも言い、エウカリスチア（聖餐）とも申す秘跡である。
弟子：この秘跡の仕細をお示しください。
