みいさを行ひ給ふ時御主ぜずきりしとのぢ
きに教へ給ふ御ことばをかりすとおすちや
の上に唱へ給へば其時まではんたりしは
即時にぜずきりしとの真の御色身と成か
はり給ひ又かりすに有所のぶだうの酒はぜ
ずきりしとの真の御ちと成かはり給ふ事
を信ずる事肝要也然はそれよりはん
とぶだうの酒の色かあぢはひの下に御
主ぜずきりしとの御正体天に御座ま
すごとく其所にも御座す也それによてぢ
きにぜずきりしとのそんたいをおがみ
奉るごとく此はかりなきさからめんとを
うやまひ奉る事せんよう也
弟 はんとぶだうの酒はぜずきりしとの御
現代語訳
ミサを行い給う時、御主イエス・キリストが直接に教え給うた御言葉を、カリス（聖杯）とホスチア（聖餅）の上に唱え給えば、その時まで（ただの）パンであったものが即座にイエス・キリストの真の御身体と成り変わり給い、また聖杯にある所のブドウ酒がイエス・キリストの真の御血と成り変わり給うことを信ずることが肝要である。然らばそれより（後は）パンとブドウ酒の色や味わいの下に、御主イエス・キリストの御正体が天に御座しますように、その所にも御座すのである。それによって直接にイエス・キリストの尊体を拝み奉るごとく、この計り知れない秘跡を敬い奉ることが肝要である。

When celebrating Mass, the priest recites over the chalice and host the very words that our Lord Jesus Christ directly taught. At that moment, what had been (ordinary) bread instantly transforms into the true body of Jesus Christ, and the wine in the chalice transforms into the true blood of Jesus Christ - this must be believed as essential. Therefore, from that point onward, under the appearance and taste of bread and wine, the true essence of our Lord Jesus Christ is present there just as He is present in heaven. Consequently, just as we would directly worship the sacred body of Jesus Christ, it is essential that we revere this immeasurable sacrament.
