ぶだうの酒とのみ見ゆるしさいは別の儀
なしたゝ色かあぢはひすんはうも本の
ごとくに御座ますによてはんとぶだう
の酒のみ眼にかゝる者也然れ共ひいてすの
ひかりを□【も】て信する事ははんとぶだうの
色かの□【下】にはんとぶだうの正体はなき
なりたゝ御主ぜずきりしとのぢきの御
色体と御ちのみにて御座ます也
弟 はんの色か味ひの下にぜすきりしと
の御色身御座ましぶだうの酒の色か
味ひの下に御ち御座ますといへる事何
事ぞもしをすちやに御座ますぜず
きりしとの御色身はかりすに御座ま
す御ちにはなれ給ふや

現代語訳
ブドウ酒とのみ見える詳細については別の儀式はない。ただ色や味わい、香りも本来のごとくに御座しますによって、パンとブドウ酒のみが眼にかかる者である。然れども信仰の光をもって信ずることは、パンとブドウの色や姿の下にはパンとブドウの正体はないのである。ただ御主イエス・キリストの直接の御身体と御血のみにて御座します。
弟子：パンの色や味わいの下にイエス・キリストの御身体が御座し、ブドウ酒の色や味わいの下に御血が御座すと言われることは何事でしょうか。もしホスチア（聖餅）に御座しますイエス・キリストの御身体ばかりが、カリス（聖杯）に御座します御血から離れ給うのでしょうか。
英語訳
The wine appears only as wine - there is no separate ritual for this. Since the color, taste, and fragrance remain as they originally were, only bread and wine are visible to the eye. However, through the light of faith, we believe that under the appearance and form of bread and wine, there is no longer the substance of bread and wine. There is only the direct body and blood of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Disciple: What does it mean when it is said that the body of Jesus Christ exists under the color and taste of bread, and His blood exists under the color and taste of wine? Does this mean that the body of Jesus Christ in the Host is separated from His blood in the Chalice?
