げする事専也其外前のよのやはん
よりのみ物くひものをもちいずもしす
こしなり共ゆみづをももちゆる事あらば
其あしたにはうけ奉る事叶はぬ也又此さ
からめんとを授り奉らん時はをきあがり
てより深きへりくだりを以て此さから
めんとにこもり給ふ御かたは誰にてましま
すぞと云事をしあんいたし是は我等に対
せられて様々のかしやくをうけさせられ
つゐに御にうめつなされたる御恩の条々を
かへり見奉る事肝要なり又うけ奉りて
よりは我があにまに来り給ひし御恩を深
くくはんねむして御れいを申上奉るべし
弟 第四ケ条目のさからめんとは何事ぞ
現代語訳
懺悔することが肝要である。その他、前の夜の夜半より飲み物食べ物を用いず、もし少しなりとも水をも用いることがあれば、その朝には受け奉ることは叶わないのである。また、この秘跡を授かり奉る時は、起き上がってより深き謙遜を以て、この秘跡にお籠もり給う御方は誰でいらっしゃるかということを思案いたし、これは我等に対せられて様々な受難をお受けになられ、ついに御入滅なされた御恩の数々を振り返り見奉ることが肝要なり。また受け奉ってよりは、我が魂に来たり給いし御恩を深く観念して御礼を申し上げ奉るべし。
弟子：第四ヶ条目の秘跡は何でございますか。

-sion is essential. In addition, one must not partake of food or drink from midnight of the previous night, and if one consumes even a little water, one cannot receive [the sacrament] that morning. Also, when receiving this sacrament, from the time one rises, one should with deep humility contemplate who the One who dwells in this sacrament is, and it is essential to reflect upon the various sufferings He endured for our sake and the countless graces of His ultimate death. Moreover, after receiving [the sacrament], one should deeply meditate on the grace of His coming into our souls and offer thanksgiving.
