うすより与へ下さるゝ其がらさの御力を
以てそれよりふうふたがひに深き大切に
むすびあひそひとぐる為に大きなる御
力を与へ下さるゝ者也其証拠れきぜん也
何れのきりしたんも此さからめんとを
うけ奉るを以てふうふのあひだたがひ
にぶじにして身をはるまでそひとゝくる
事是其御力によての事にあらずや
弟 でうす何とて一度ゑんをむすびてよりは
なれざる様にさだめ給ふや
師 如此さだめをき給ふ事別にあらずたがひ
に科なくしてしそんはんじやうし又
其御おきてに随ひ奉るをもて其子にいた
るまでも後生を扶り其上ふうふたがひに
現代語訳
イエス（Jesus）より与えて下さるその恩寵（グラサ）の御力を以て、それより夫婦互いに深く大切に結び合い添い遂げるために大きなる御力を与えて下さる者なり。その証拠歴然なり。何れのキリシタンも此サクラメント（聖餐）を受け奉るを以て、夫婦の間互いに無事にして身を果るまで添い遂げる事、これその御力によっての事にあらずや。
弟子：デウス（神）何故に一度縁を結びてよりは離れざる様にお定めになるや。
師：かくの如き定めをお置きになる事別にあらず。互いに罪なくして子孫繁栄し、またその御掟に従い奉るを以て、その子に至るまでも後生を助け、その上夫婦互いに

Jesus grants His great power through the grace (graça) He bestows, so that from then on, husband and wife may be deeply and preciously bound together to live their lives in union. The evidence of this is clear. Do not all Christians who receive this Sacramento (Sacrament) thereby live together peacefully as husband and wife until death, through His divine power?
Disciple: Why does Deus (God) ordain that once a bond is formed, they may never separate?
