一身のように思い合い、用事がある時は力を添え合うためなり。この儀を達成せんがためには、かりそめにては叶わざる儀なれば、長く契らずんばあるべからず。もし離別する事が心のままなるにおいては、男は女に心を隔て、女は男に心を置き、夫婦の内少しも安き事なく、気遣いのみ足るべし。その外何たる用事がある時も、互いに頼りとなる事有るべからず。別して病気の時節、又は難儀の時も力なく、頼む所なかるべし。その上また我が子を育てる事につきても、様々の不足出来べし。それをいかにと言うにも、しかるべきに合わざる時、心のままに離別する事叶うにおいては、その
