かに心のやみをはらし申也たゝ今の御教
への理にもとづきてしあんをくはへて見る
に真に其りべつより出来所のそんしつは
ばくたひにして御おきてに随ひ身をおさ
むるより求得る大徳は中々あげてかぞう
べからず是を以て一ばんの☩おびりがさん
のはなはだ肝要なりと云儀はよく分別
しぬ今又其二はんのおびりがさんをしめ
し給へ
師 是別の儀にあらずふうふ其さだまりたる
しそんはんじやうの道をまちりまうに
よの御おきてのむねにまかせたしかにま
もるべしおつとも女も我がつまにあらざる他
にはだへをふるゝ事是もともぢうぼん也
現代語訳
かに心の闇を晴らし申すなり。ただ今の御教えの理に基づいて思案を加えて見るに、真にその離別より出来する所の損失は莫大にして、御掟に随い身を修むるより求め得る大徳は中々挙げて数うべからず。これを以て一番のオブリガサンの甚だ肝要なりと云う儀はよく分別し終んぬ。今又その二番のオブリガサンを示し給え。」
師「これ別の儀にあらず。夫婦そのが定まりたる子孫繁昌の道を全うし奉るによその御掟の趣に任せ確かに守るべし。夫も女も我が妻にあらざる他に肌を触るる事、これも最も重罪なり。
英語訳
"Indeed, the darkness of my heart has been cleared. Based on the reasoning of your teaching just now, when I reflect and consider, truly the losses that result from such separation are enormous, while the great virtues obtained by disciplining oneself according to your commandments are countless beyond measure. With this, I have clearly understood that the first obligation is of utmost importance. Now please show me the second obligation."
Master: "This is no different matter. Husband and wife should faithfully fulfill the established way of posterity's prosperity, and should certainly observe it according to the divine commandments. For both husband and wife to touch the skin of others who are not their spouse is also a grave sin.
