弟 人々きりしたんにならるゝ時は何たる
位をうけらるゝぞ
師 ☩へんさんの子でうすの御やうし天
の御ゆづりをうけ奉る身と成者也其故は
☩ばうちずもをさづかる人々を此位にあ
げたまはんとおほしめすによて也
弟 きりしたんにあらざる人はいかん
師 ☩ばうちずもをさづからざるによて御や
うしとなしたまはず天の御ゆづりをは
なし給ふ者也
弟 きりしたんとは何事ぞや
師 御主ぜずきりしとの御教へを心中にひい
ですにうくるのみならずことばを以て

現代語訳
弟子：人々がキリシタンになる時は、どのような位（身分）を受けるのでしょうか。
師：☩天の父の子、デウスの養子として、天の御相続を受け奉る身となる者です。その理由は、☩洗礼を授かる人々を、この位に上げようとお考えになるからです。
弟子：キリシタンでない人はいかがでしょうか。
師：☩洗礼を授からないために、養子となさらず、天の御相続から遠ざけられる者です。
弟子：キリシタンとは何でしょうか。
師：御主イエス・キリストの御教えを心中に信仰によって受けるのみならず、言葉をもって表す人です。
英語訳
Disciple: When people become Christians, what kind of position do they receive?
Master: They become children of the ☩ Heavenly Father, adopted children of Deus, receiving the inheritance of heaven. The reason is that [Deus] intends to elevate those who receive ☩ baptism to this position.
Disciple: What about people who are not Christians?
Master: Because they do not receive ☩ baptism, they are not made adopted children and are kept away from the heavenly inheritance.

Master: A person who not only receives our Lord Jesus Christ's teachings in their heart through faith, but also expresses them through words.
