弟 ひたいと口とむねと此三所にくるすを唱
る事は何たるしさいぞや
師 ひたいに唱る事でうすよりまうねん
をのけたまはん為也口に唱る事は悪口ま
うごを口よりのがしたまはん為也又む
ねに唱る事は心よりいづる悪き所作をの
がしたまはん為也てんまはくるすほと
おそれ奉る事なし其故はすひりつな
ればたうけんむじゆんもかれにもち
ゆる道なし然れ共御主ぜずきりしと
くるすの上にて死給ふを以てかれらをばか
らめをきたまひ人をじよう【注】になしたま
へばかれにちかづかんとする者より外に

弟子：額と口と胸と、この三箇所に十字を唱えることは何たる仔細ですか。
師：額に唱えることは、デウスより妄念を除き給わんためです。口に唱えることは、悪口・妄語を口より逃し給わんためです。また胸に唱えることは、心より出づる悪き所作を逃し給わんためです。天魔は十字ほど恐れ奉ることはありません。その故は、スピリツ（霊）なれば刀剣無用も彼に用いる道がないのです。然れども御主ゼズ・キリシトが十字の上にて死に給うを以て、彼らを破らめ置き給い、人を自由になし給えば、彼に近づかんとする者より外に
