弟 きりしたんの唱る事は何事ぞや
師 貴きぜずゝの御名也
弟 其故いかん
師 ぜずゝとは御扶手てと申心也それによて我
等がなんき大事のじせつ御さいどりやく
有へき為にぜずゝの貴き御名を唱へ奉
る也かるがゆへにぜずゝのたふとき御名
を唱へ聞奉る時深くうやまひ奉るべし

現代語訳
弟子 キリシタンが唱えることは何事ですか。
師 貴いイエズスの御名です。
弟子 その理由はいかがですか。
師 イエズスとは「御救助」と申す心です。それによって我等が難儀で大事な時節に、御救済があるべきために、イエズスの貴い御名を唱え奉るのです。ゆえに、イエズスの尊い御名を唱え聞き奉る時は、深く敬い奉るべきです。
