弟 善悪のしやべつをわきまゆるほどのと

肝要なるぞや
師 三様の事也是はでうすへ物をよく頼み
奉り又よく信じ奉り又よき所作をな
す道を知る事也

現代語訳
奉るべき条々と、また勤むべき行儀をも表すべきです。これすなわち「パーテルノステル」「アヴェ・マリア」「サルヴェ・レジナ」ですが、十ヶ条の戒めと聖なる教会の掟にも含まれています。これら皆ゆるがせにすることなく、一遍に信じ勤め奉るべきです。
弟子 善悪の判別をわきまえるほどの年頃になったキリシタンは、何事を知って肝要なのでしょうか。
師 三様のことです。これはデウス（神）へ物事をよく頼み奉り、またよく信じ奉り、またよい行いをなす道を知ることです。
