貴ひうやまひ奉る為也二にはさんたゑけ
れじやより下界にをひていはひ給ふべあと
への御うやまひを見て天にをひて其く
らふりあの大なる事を分別致す為也三
にはべあとの御さげう御善徳をしりて我
等と同き人にて御座ませば御かうせき
をまなび奉るべき為也四には信心をおこし
て御とりあはせを頼奉るべき為也五には
御後生の時御母にてましますさんたゑ
けれじやに対て死る事をもかへり見給は
ずかう〳〵をつくし給ふ御子なるによて死
し給ふあとをもあがめ給はん為也
現代語訳
貴び敬い奉るためです。二つには、サンタ・エケレジア（聖教会）が下界において祝い給う聖人への御敬いを見て、天においてその栄光の大なることを分別いたすためです。三つには、聖人の御修業・御善徳を知って、我等と同じ人でいらっしゃいますので、御功績を学び奉るべきためです。四つには、信心を起こして御取り合わせを頼み奉るべきためです。五つには、御後生の時、御母でいらっしゃるサンタ・エケレジア（聖教会）に対して死ぬことをも顧みず、功徳を尽くし給う御子であるによって、死し給う跡をも崇め給わんためです。
英語訳
[we] honor and revere [God]. Second, by witnessing the reverence shown to the saints that Santa Ecclesia (Holy Church) celebrates here below, we come to understand the greatness of their glory in heaven. Third, by knowing the saints' ascetic practices and virtues, and since they were human beings like us, we should learn from their meritorious deeds. Fourth, we should cultivate devotion and rely upon their intercession. Fifth, at the time of their death, because they were children who devoted themselves to merit without regard for their own death before their mother, Santa Ecclesia (Holy Church), we should also venerate them after their death.
