るすにかけられ死たまひて御くはんに
おさめられ給ふ○大地のそこへくだりたま
ひ三日目によみがへり給ふ○天に上りたま
ひ万事に叶給ふでうすはあてれの御右
にそなはり給ふ○それより生死の人をたゝ
したまはん為にあまくだり給ふべし○
すひりつさんとかとうりかにて御座ま
すさんたゑけれじやを真に信じ奉
る○さんとす皆つうようし給ふ事を○
科の御ゆるしを○にくたいよみがへるべ
き事を○をはりなき命を真に信じ奉る

弟 たゝ今のけれどゝは何事ぞ
師 ひいですの肝心の条々を信じ奉るとあ
現代語訳
十字架にかけられ死に給いて御墓に納められ給う。大地の底へ下り給い、三日目によみがえり給う。天に昇り給い、万事に叶い給うデウス（神）は父の御右に備わり給う。それより生者死者の人を裁き給わん為に天降り給うべし。スピリトゥス・サントゥス（聖霊）がカトリカ（公教会）にて御座しますサンタ・エクレジア（聖なる教会）を真に信じ奉る。サントス（聖人）皆が通用し給う事を。罪の御赦しを。肉体がよみがえるべき事を。終りなき命を真に信じ奉る。アーメン。
弟子 ただ今の信条は何事でしょうか。
師 信仰の肝心の条々を信じ奉ると

He was crucified and died, and was buried in the tomb. He descended to the depths of the earth, and on the third day He rose again. He ascended to heaven and sits at the right hand of Deus (God) the Father who fulfills all things. From there He shall descend to judge the living and the dead. [We] truly believe in Santa Ecclesia (Holy Church) where Spiritus Sanctus (Holy Spirit) resides in Catholica (Catholic Church). [We believe in] the communion of Santos (Saints). The forgiveness of sins. The resurrection of the body. Eternal life without end - [these we] truly believe. Amen.
