弟 けれどは誰人の作給ふぞや
師 御主ぜずきりしとのあほうすとろ達
すひつさんちの御みちびきを以て一所に
あつまり給ひて御主ぜずきりしとの御
口よりぢきに聞奉られたるむねをつらね
給ふ者也
弟 何の為につらね給ふぞ
師 ひいですにうけ奉るべき条々を我等に教
給はん為也
弟 ひいですとは何事ぞ
師 でうす我等につげしらせ給ふほどの事を
さんたゑけれじやのしめし給ふごとく
けんごに信し奉るやうにでうすきり

弟子 信条は誰がお作りになったのでしょうか。
師 我が主イエス・キリストの使徒たちが、聖霊の御導きによって一か所に集まり給い、我が主イエス・キリストの御口より直接に聞き奉ったことを連ね給うたものである。
弟子 何のために連ね給うたのでしょうか。
師 信仰において受け奉るべき条々を我らに教え給わんがためである。
弟子 信仰とは何事でしょうか。
師 デウス（神）が我らに告げ知らせ給うほどの事を、サンタ・エクレジア（聖なる教会）の示し給うごとく、堅固に信じ奉るように、デウス（神）が切に
