こゝにはけれどを教ゆるが故に十二ケ条に
つもりてあらはすべし第一には天地を御作
なされたる万事叶給ふでうすはあてれを

御主ぜずきりしとを信じ奉る事第
三☩すひりつさんとの御きどくを以てや
どされ給ひびるぜんまりやより生れ給ふ

ここでは信条を教えるがゆえに十二ケ条にまとめて表すべきである。第一には、天地を御造りになられた万事叶い給うデウス（神）・ファーテル（父）を信じ奉ること。第二、その御ひとり子、我等の御主イエス・キリストを信じ奉ること。第三、スピリトゥス・サントゥス（聖霊）の御奇特を以て宿され給い、ヴィルゼン・マリア（処女マリア）より生まれ給うこと。第四、ポンシオ・ピラトの下において苦しみを受け、こらえ給い、十字架にかけられ死し給いて御棺に納められ給うこと。第五、大地の底に下り給い、三日目によみがえり給うこと。第六、天に上り給い、万事叶い給うデウス・ファーテルの御右に備わり給うこと。第七、生者死者の人を正しく裁き給う
英語訳
Here, since we are teaching the Creed, it should be expressed in twelve articles. First: to believe in Deus Pater (God the Father) who created heaven and earth and is almighty. Second: to believe in His only Son, our Lord Jesus Christ. Third: that He was conceived by the miraculous power of Spiritus Sanctus (the Holy Spirit) and born of Virgen Maria (the Virgin Mary). Fourth: that under Pontius Pilate He suffered, endured, was crucified, died, and was placed in the tomb. Fifth: that He descended to the depths of the earth and rose again on the third day. Sixth: that He ascended to heaven and sits at the right hand of Deus Pater who is almighty. Seventh: that He will righteously judge the living and the dead
