たまひ御身のくらうりあと我等が徳の
為にそだておさめ給ふと申心也
弟 御主でうすなき所より万事をあらせ
給ふと有事を分別せず其故は御作の物は
皆御身の御ちゑ御分別より出し給ふと
見ゆる也然るときんばなき所より作り
給ふとはいかん
師 此ふしんをひらく為に一の心得肝要也そ
れと云はでうすの御分別の内には御作の
物は一もなしといへどもそれ〳〵のしよさう
こもり給ふ也其しよさうを本語に☩いであ
と云也此いであは作の物にはあらずたゝで
うすと同体也然るにでうすはまんさう
を作り給ふ時御身の御分別に持給ふいてあ

給い、御身の栄光と我等の徳のために育て収め給うと申す心である。」
弟子「御主デウス（神）が無き所より万事を現わせ給うという事を理解できません。その故は、御作の物は皆御身の御知恵・御分別より出し給うと見えるからです。然るに、無き所より作り給うとはいかがでしょうか。」
師「この疑問を解く為に一つの心得が肝要である。それというのは、デウス（神）の御分別の内には御作の物は一つもないといえども、それぞれの諸相が籠もり給うのである。その諸相を本語でイデア（理念）というのである。このイデアは作られた物ではなく、ただデウス（神）と同体である。然るに、デウス（神）が万象を作り給う時、御身の御分別に持ち給うイデア

Disciple: "I cannot understand how our Lord Deus (God) brings forth all things from nothing. The reason is that all created things appear to proceed from His wisdom and understanding. How then does He create from nothing?"
Master: "To resolve this doubt, one essential understanding is necessary. That is to say, although within Deus's (God's) understanding there exists not a single created thing, various aspects (shosō) are contained therein. These aspects are called 'Idea' in the original language. This Idea is not a created thing, but is one with Deus (God) Himself.
