　態申遣候天人あまくたり被成候而せんちよふむ
　はてうす様ゟ火之すいちよに被成候間何者成
　共吉利支丹に成候はゝ爰々え早々可有御越候
　村々庄屋をとな早々可有御越候島中此状御
　廻し可有之候せんちよ坊に而も吉利支丹に成候
　者可有御免候恐惶謹言

　右早々村々へ御廻し可被成候由申入候天人之御使に
　遣し申候間村中之者に御申付可被成候吉利支
　丹被成申候者日本六十六ヶ国共にていうす様

　被成候天草之内大矢野に御中被成御座候四郎様と
　申人は天人に而御座候爰元に御座候間其旨御心得

　庵手前ゟ先々へ遣申候日本之将軍升田四郎家

【右丁】
わざわざ申し遣わします。天人（天使）がお下りになって、洗礼を施すパードレ様より火の洗礼をお受けになったので、どなたであっても切支丹になるならば、こちらへ早々にお越しください。村々の庄屋をはじめ早々にお越しください。島中にこの状をお廻しください。洗礼を受けた者でも切支丹になる者はお許しになるでしょう。恐れ慎んで申し上げます。
丑十月十五日

右の通り早々村々へお廻しになるべきことを申し入れます。天人のお使いに遣わし申すので、村中の者にお申し付けください。切支丹におなりになる者は、日本六十六か国ともにデウス様

よりお定めでインフェルノ（地獄）に踏み込まれることになるので、その分お心得ください。天草の内大矢野にお中になっていらっしゃる四郎様と申す人は天人でございます。こちらにいらっしゃるので、その旨お心得ください。以上

又一紙
上総村寿庵と申す人もすなわち天人のお供をしているので、寿庵の手前より先々へ遣わし申します。日本の将軍益田四郎家綱と申すことでございます。以上
