　を只今討殺す此上は宗門一揆一味致し村々代官寺社
　共に討殺し破却すへき由申遣はす依之一揆一味して一同
　に起る此義を加津佐村庄屋助左衛門方より代官山内
　小左【右ヵ】衛門安井三郎右衛門方え告知するに付一揆共に忍ひ山
　道を行所を奴原所々案内は知たり手合をして追懸
　小浜と串山村与之堺にして追付渡合ふ小右衛門三郎右衛門

　一揆之奴原何程来とも討るましとて小楯を取居たり
　しを敵是を見て里より鉄炮を取寄弐人共にあへなく打
　殺す千々石村之代官高橋武右衛門は一揆起たる事も

　いふ武右衛門聞付出る所を寄合討殺す此武右衛門は三会
　村にて討死したる高橋弥次右衛門為には惣領也最前有
　馬村に而討れたる林兵左衛門相代官本間九郎左衛門方へ
　庄屋長助来て唯今寄合兵左衛門殿を討殺し候急き
　落給ひ可然与申に付九郎左衛門其侭浜辺より即時に
　島原え帰り右之子細を田中宗太夫岡本新兵衛多賀主
　水え語る依之相談して此上は村々に而頭取したる者を押
　寄急き搦船に取乗せ可来迚新兵衛主水を先とし
　て船二三十艘に思々に取乗て用意之道具迚は棒し

This Takeemon was the eldest son of Takahashi Yajisaemon who died in battle at Sankai village. Village headman Chosuke came to Honma Kuroemon, the co-deputy of Hayashi Hyozaemon who was previously killed in Arima village, saying "The assembly has just killed Lord Hyozaemon. You should flee quickly." So Kuroemon immediately returned to Shimabara from the beach and told the details to Tanaka Sotayu, Okamoto Shinbei, and Taga Mondo. After consulting, they decided "Now we must advance against those who became leaders in the villages, quickly board pursuit ships and come."
