　添可申迚人を添右之次第を断るといへとも一揆之奴原
　あの使討捕や者共迚打て懸るを一人切伏余多に
　手負せ切廻を心得たりとて取はさみ鉄炮に而討殺す
　此富岡か妻子町屋敷に居る夫は討れ城へ籠るへきこと
　を敵近き故に籠事ならす召仕之下人は三会村宇土
　之者なれは在所に心易き所也在所へ伴ひ仰んと申処
　に思之外相違して一揆にかへらん千本木之一揆之妻
　子と一つに巻添に成て島原之城え籠し明る年二月

　利支丹大勢集り昨日被召捕候角内三吉は早天上いた
　し自由自在之身と成るを拝み候迚旗を立法を執行
　之由代官林兵左衛門聞付取あへす駆参候処に遮て道
　え出向下々共に皆切捨剰村々え飛脚を以て触状を廻
　し代官加番出家社人等悉討殺し候得と申遣候故
　同日に押寄て討申候口之津町に而安井三郎右衛門上

か」と言う。五郎兵衛が申すには「この上はとにかく申し上げることは困難です。急いでお帰りになるのがよろしいでしょう。一揆共は決して帰すことはないでしょう。お使いの由を申し候て送り候者を指し添え申そう」として人を添えた。右の次第を断ると言えども、一揆の奴原が「あの使者を討ち取れ、者共」として打って掛かるのを、一人切り伏せ、多数に手負いをさせ切り回ることを心得たりとして取り囲み、鉄砲にて討ち殺した。

この富岡の妻子は町屋敷に居る。夫は討たれ、城へ籠るべきことを敵が近いゆえに籠ることができず、召し使いの下人は三会村宇土の者なれば在所に心安い所である。在所へ伴い申そうと申す処に、思いの外相違して一揆に変わらん。千本木の一揆の妻子と一つに巻き添えになって島原の城へ籠し、明くる年二月
