　を附火事と云に付出会たる所を鉄炮にて討
　殺す相庄屋治右衛門は一揆に不成者共之足
　弱を先に立千々石坂を押上け豊津原へ引取
　健成者共には敵を押させ坂下に残置庄屋治
　右衛門豊津え走行代官槙田長兵衛新甚左衛
　門両人え右之次第注進する槙田新心得たり
　迚別時に預り之村々え弓鉄炮鑓長刀有合次
　第之道具手々に持急き可参旨触遣す故に山
　田村寺山村野井村之者共即時に豊津え馳来
　依之槙田新右之人数を召連坂口へ押寄せ庄

　屋大膳を先にたて千々石村へ押下候千々石
　村之町所焼せ引取坂之上に敵押之人数残置
　味方に来る百姓之足弱共敵近き所に置事無
　心元迚敵之方ゟ五六里隔たる山田村へ遣置
　故に北田之方危事なく豊津村ゟ島原え道八
　里火急之事成は相談も不成槙田新両人之才
　覚を以如此也此両人共に常に領地仕置心得
　有之者也

　具足を着し勢溜え集り申候岡本新兵衛大将

を放火して火事だと言うので、出会った所を鉄砲で討ち
殺した。相庄屋治右衛門は一揆に加わらない者どもの足
弱（老人・子供・女性など）を先に立てて千々石坂を押し上がり、豊津原へ引き取った。
健やかな者どもには敵を押させて坂下に残し置いた。庄屋治
右衛門は豊津へ走って行き、代官槙田長兵衛、新甚左衛
門両人へ右の次第を注進した。槙田・新は心得たということで、
別の時に預かりの村々へ「弓・鉄砲・槍・長刀など有り合わせ次
第の道具を手々に持って急いで参るべし」という旨を触れ遣わした。そのため山
田村・寺山村・野井村の者どもが即座に豊津へ駆け来た。

味方に来る百姓の足弱どもを敵の近き所に置くことは
心もとないということで、敵の方より五、六里隔たる山田村へ遣わし置いた。
そのため北田の方は危険なく、豊津村より島原への道は八
里で、火急の事であるので相談も成らず、槙田・新両人の才
覚をもってこのようにした。この両人ともに常に領地の仕置きを心得
ある者である。

from Yamada village, Terayama village, and Noi village immediately rushed to Toyotsu.
With this, Makita and Shin led these forces and pressed toward the slope entrance, with village head
