一書体日次を逐て輯録すといへとも家々の
　記録一定せさるものあり大抵其当否を正
　すといへ共一方に定めかたきは一書の説
　に従ひ自余の書載する所も其条下に収め
　只記す所の日数は元文のまゝを存して疑

一原本日時をしるさゝる事件ありといへ共
　大抵前後の次第を考へ類を以て収るもの
　ありその考ふへからさるものは附録の部

一丁丑十月の蜂起にして戊寅二月の落去た
　りといへ共以前は其禍の起れる由縁をし
　るし以後は賞罰を行はれし事なとしるし
　たれは前後共に数年にわたれり
一採録する所日次にかくへからさるものは
　あつめて附録となし大抵其事の前後を考
　へて次序を定む
一日々記する所有馬表の事を以て先とし江
　戸を次とす理に於ては次序不順に似たり
　といへとも主とする所彼にありて且事の

【右丁】
一、書体や日次を追って輯録するといっても、各家の記録が一定しないものがある。大体その当否を正すといっても、一方に定めがたいものは一書の説に従い、その他の書物に載せるところもその条下に収め、ただ記すところの日数は元の文のままを保存して疑問を残しておく。

一、原本で日時を記さない事件があるといっても、大体前後の次第を考えて、類を以って収録するものがある。その考えることができないものは附録の部に収録する。

一、丁丑十月の蜂起であって戊寅二月の落城であったといっても、以前はその禍が起こった由縁を記し、以後は賞罰を行った事などを記したので、前後共に数年にわたった。

One: Although we compile records following the format and chronological order, there are inconsistencies among the records of various families. While we generally correct their accuracy, when it is difficult to determine which is correct, we follow the explanation of one source and include what other sources record under the same section, preserving the dates as written in the original texts and leaving doubts unresolved.

One: Although there are incidents for which the original sources do not record dates, we generally consider the sequence of events before and after, and categorize them accordingly. Those that cannot be reasoned out are included in the appendix section.
