　事是は四郎殿之御意に候間急きかゝり給へ又　
　も使被遣候はゝ返し申間敷と申に付其侭押
　懸踏潰市郎右衛門を始として徒党之奴原七
　十人討取ける斯て各島原衆先今日之陣を引

　七右衛門有馬町別当隅部杢左衛門其外侍衆
