　押寄せ討散したる様子勝家留守居田中宗夫
　岡本新兵衛多賀主水三人方ゟ江間十兵衛を
　以て深江村ゟ帰り申之上刻出船為致江戸へ
　遣し同刻に委細豊後国府内御目付林丹波守
　殿牧野伝蔵殿え注進し御加勢を願御両人之
　御返答に加勢之儀達　　上聞重而　　上意
　之御下知状を以可被為御沙汰之由被仰下依
　之数日徒に送る残念之至是也御目付御両人
　此時御働あらは一揆之奴原平之城え取籠事
　は難成事ならんと松倉家中に而は申也

又日山内有馬之助来堀九兵衛石原源助追手先
　町裏に蔵屋敷有之故に弐人共に此所に住居
　す一揆起敵寄るを聞て兎角して城へ可籠与
　妻子其侭船に乗せ折節九兵衛病気にて肩腰
　も不立けるを源助立帰九兵衛を肩に引懸船
　場へ行処に火付之一揆跡ゟ追懸る源助是を
　見て悪き奴原哉とて九兵衛をおろし置渡合
　敵弐人切伏残敵を追散し又九兵衛を肩に引
　懸船場を差て行処を敵追懸跡ゟなた長刀を
　以て源助を薙倒す依之弐人共に討れたり妻
