お差し出しの書状を拝見いたしました。
三御所様におかれましてはますます御機嫌よくお過ごしのこと、恐悦の旨もっともです。
御代替わりの御事につき、御祝儀を申し上げるため、今般使者として具志川皇子を
目録の通り献上されました。
御前において召し出され、御喜びの様子でありました。詳細は松平薩摩守が申し述べることでしょう。

We have reviewed your submitted letter.
That the three lords are in increasingly good health is indeed a matter of great joy.
Regarding the matter of the succession, to offer congratulations, you have now sent
Prince Gushikawa as an envoy with offerings as listed in the catalog.
He was summoned before [the Shōgun] and there was great pleasure expressed. Matsudaira Satsuma-no-kami will provide further details.
With utmost respect and reverence.
